Membership Certificate Transfer Request
If you are selling your Moss Spring Swim Club membership certificate, please do the following. Let us know when the steps are completed so that we can collect your membership certificate and issue a new membership certificate. Thank you!
- Sell your membership certificate. It is the current owner’s responsibility to arrange the sale of their membership certificate. Most of our owners have success selling their membership certificate on Facebook.
- It is the responsibility of the owner to disclose to the new buyer the MSSC Bylaws and Rules & Regulations of our facility.
- Arrange for the $50 membership certificate transfer fee. In order to issue a new membership certificate the seller or buyer will need to send a $50 check made out to MSSC inc. Please send this to MSSC, P.O. Box 204, Greencastle, PA 17225.
- Return your MSSC membership certificate to the pool. Please mail this to P.O. Box 204, Greencastle, PA 17225.
- Complete the Transfer of Membership Certificate form below. This form requires the buyer’s email address, home address, and phone number.
- Email us at [email protected]. It is always helpful to know to check the P.O. Box for the membership certificate transfer fee in order to process the exchange quickly and efficiently. It also allows us to set up the new membership certificate owner’s MemberSplash account.

Please complete this form after arranging for the sale of your MSSC deed. Be advised that the seller is responsible for (1) arranging the sale of the deed (2) arranging the payment of the $50 deed transfer fee by either the buyer or seller (3) providing accurate contact information for the buyer of the deed.
